The process of creating a roster is easy. A centralised online portal improves the flow of information and communication. This ensures your workplace maintains an efficient rostering process.

Following is a brief overview of how our service works.



Creating Shifts / Events
You log in to a portal and create shifts / events. Setting up events in advance can help you plan, or even alert your staff, to upcoming events and their requirements. You can edit or delete events and view past events and their information.

Uploading Availability
Your staff log in to the portal and submit their availability for upcoming shifts. Employees can also update their personal details to ensure up-to-date information.

Allocate Staff to Shifts / Events
Following employee’s uploaded availability, the program summarises who is available for each shift and lists their respective roles and qualifications. You then log in and allocate staff to each shift. This ensures that optimal allocation, i.e. that the correct employees are rostered correctly, is achieved.

Roster Distribution
Automatic roster distribution ensures your employees receive their shifts at a regular time each roster cycle. Delivery is by email and / or SMS. Shift and roster reports can be printed for quick reference. All employees can view shifts via email and/or SMS. Details are maintained online for any future reference by employees or management.
