Q: How does it work?
A: Very simply! Employees upload their availability. The program will sort the employees according to their availability, role and qualifications. This information is summarised neatly for management. Management create shifts and then allocate the available staff to these shifts. Once staff have been allocated an email or SMS alerts staff to their shifts.
Q: Are there any other features?
A: Yes. We provide a ‘news feed’ which allows management to communicate with employees. It is also possible to view previous shift information to note who was working.
Q: Does it need to be installed?
A: No. Online Rostering is a web-based platform – much like an online banking portal. This means it can be accessed anywhere the internet is available. This allows you the ultimate mobility and means that you don’t have to worry about installing any software on your computer.
Q: Is the program reliable?
A: Yes. We have invested significant time, effort and industry input to ensure the program works as required. This includes using reputable suppliers, testing the program thoroughly and ensuring that service is conducted regularly. We provide peace of mind that the program will alleviate headaches – not cause them.
